Insurance and Orthodontics
Our office will do everything possible to maximize your insurance benefits. Insurance policies often vary, and not all insurance plans cover orthodontic treatment, but many do. You may need to contact your insurance company for information about your specific policy.
Please bring your insurance card to your initial consultation so we can assist you in determining whether or not your insurance plan will help cover your treatment costs. An estimate of the amount covered by your insurance plan will be provided based on the information we receive from your insurance company. The estimate is never a guarantee of benefits or the amount paid. We will file all insurance claims as a courtesy to our patients.
The patient payment portion covered for orthodontic treatment varies depending on the coverage provided by your insurance plan and the specifics of your orthodontic treatment needs.
Cancellations
Kindly provide at least 48 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled. Appointments cancelled in less than 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation charge.
