Meet Our Team

My journey in dentistry began in 2015 at a general dental practice. In 2022, I had the incredible opportunity to join forces with our orthodontist and my husband, Andrew Palermo. Together, we purchased our own practice, and now we work as a dynamic team—Andrew oversees the clinical side, while I manage the business and operations. When I’m not at the office, I’m a proud boy mom who loves the outdoors. Whether it’s hiking, fishing, snowboarding or exploring new places, I find joy in nature and spend as much time as I can outdoors. My husband and I are also passionate about traveling the world, embracing different cultures, and creating lasting memories. Although my primary focus is managing the business side of the practice, you may occasionally spot me in the clinic as a registered dental assistant. I enjoy staying connected to patient care and keeping a hands-on role in the field.

Originally from Rhode Island, I have since fallen in love with the charm and beauty of Upstate New York, where we now live and work. I’m excited to continue growing personally and professionally, and I’m so grateful to be part of this wonderful community!

As a friendly and welcoming receptionist, I love making every patient feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk in. I was originally a patient here first, with a history in administrative assistant work, loved the genuine people and atmosphere, which prompted me to reach out to work here. It has been such a blessing to be apart of this team who’s now like family. Whether I’m scheduling appointments, answering questions, or sharing a warm smile, I enjoy interacting with people and creating a positive experience for everyone.

Outside of work I’m a proud mom to a wonderful 8 year old daughter and the new puppy in our family keeps us on our toes with endless energy and cuddles. When I’m not at the office or spending time with loved ones, you can find me on the dance floor line dancing to my favorite country tunes.

Theresa has been in the orthodontic field for over 30 years, as an assistant, lab technician, and Treatment Coordinator, bringing expertise, dedication, and a passion for creating beautiful smiles. With decades of hands-on experience, Theresa has built strong relationships with patients and colleagues, making every orthodontic journey a positive one. Outside of work, Theresa enjoys spending time with her husband, cuddling with her cats, and cherishing special moments with her children and grandchildren.

With over 30 years of experience as an orthodontic assistant, Mimi has dedicated my career to helping create beautiful smiles. Outside of work, my greatest joy is being a grandparent. I love spending time with my grandson, especially walking in the woods together, searching for birds. Music of all genres fills my days, and I find happiness in baking and cooking for my loved ones. As the wife of a former Army Ranger, I deeply appreciate the values of dedication and service. Family, nature, and good food are at the heart of everything I do.

Kayleigh is a skilled orthodontic assistant with 2 years of experience, specializing in working with children to make their orthodontic visits as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Known for her gentle approach and excellent communication skills, she helps young patients feel at ease throughout their treatments. Outside of her professional life, Kayleigh enjoys spending time in nature, whether hiking, beach trips, or simply enjoying outdoor activities with her two dogs.

Kayleigh is a proud wife to a New York State Trooper and a loving mother to a young son. Kayleigh’s ability to connect with kids, combined with her warmth and professionalism, makes her a beloved member of the team and a trusted figure for families.

Meet JoJo, the eldest of the Palermo children and the official greeter of our office! JoJo is a therapy-trained dog who brings a calming and joyful presence to our practice. She loves meeting new faces and welcoming patients with her wagging tail and gentle demeanor. When she’s not busy spreading joy, JoJo is completely obsessed with her favorite game—fetch! Whether it’s a ball or a toy, if you throw it, she’ll be right there to fetch it back with excitement. JoJo is an important part of our team, always ready to brighten your day and make you feel at ease as you walk through our doors. We’re sure you’ll love her as much as we do!
